Payment Policy

1. Course Fees:

   • The fee for the course is specified on the course enrollment page or in the course description. This amount is payable in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.

2. Payment Methods:

   • Accepted payment methods include Gcash / Pay Maya / credit/debit cards, PayPal, and any other online payment systems specified on the payment page.

3. Access to Course Content:

   • Full access to the course materials will be granted only after the payment is successfully processed.

4. Payment Confirmation:

   • Once your payment is received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with details on how to access the course.

5. Late Payment or Unsuccessful Payment:

   • If your payment fails or is delayed, you will be notified via email. Access to the course may be restricted until payment is completed.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility:

   • You are eligible for a refund only if you request it within a specified period after the course starts. Refund requests made after this period will not be considered.

2. Refund Conditions:

   • The following conditions must be met for a refund to be granted:
     • You must have completed less than a certain percentage of the course (10%) by the time the refund request is made.
     • You must provide a valid reason for the refund (e.g., course not as expected, technical issues).
     • Refund requests cannot be granted for partial course access or for reasons related to personal preferences or scheduling conflicts.

3. How to Request a Refund:

   • To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@va4ecomcourse.com within the eligible period. Provide your order details (such as receipt, payment ID, and the reason for the refund request).

4. Refund Processing:

   • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after your request has been approved.
   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

5. Non-Refundable Items:

   • Certain items, such as downloadable materials or bonuses, may be non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
   • Courses that include lifetime access or special offers may have additional non-refundable clauses.

6. Cancellation by Course Provider:

   • If the course provider cancels the course (due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor unavailability or course withdrawal), you will be eligible for a full refund, regardless of the course completion status.

7. Changes to the Course:

   • If significant changes are made to the course content or structure, the course provider will notify students. In the event that the student is unsatisfied with the changes, a refund may be requested as per the conditions stated above.
